Scheduled Task to Shutdown computers

i trying schedule shutdown task on windows 7 clients on domain using a group policy preference. have scheduled shutdown.exe /s /f, , working fine, except can work when set task run domain admin account. can tell me groups/users can use run task work? when use %logondomain%\%logonuser% the shutdown doesnt happen and the task said ran shutdown.exe has exit code of 1. i rather not use domain admin account if dont have to. thanks!

those different rights: shutdown system allows local shutdown , force shutdown remote system allows remote shutdown (reference: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb457125.aspx). don't have grant both.
