Ram and CPU Maxed on Windows 2008 R2 SP1


we have print cluster 2008 r2 sp1 running slow.  have 1000 printers on clustered fail on server configuration.  when preform netstat 2000 connections print server.  every time fail on printcluster connections not broken , other server gets maxed out within few hours.  problem because when people print it's taking them hour there print jobs.  have install hot fixes felt reliant microsoft , none of them helped.  if guys have ideas try thankful.

isolate printer driver issues, please install generic text printer on computer

a. open devices , printers.
 
b. choose "add local printer".

c. in "install printer driver" tab, select "generic" in "manufacturer" list box, , select "generic / text only" in "printers" list box.

d. follow wizard complete printer installation.
 
e. logon , install generic text network printer.
