Cannot display Sharepoint site in SBS2008

sometime in last few days, cannot companyweb sharepoint page display. when go http://companyweb following error:
operation aborted (exception hresult: 0x80004004 (e_abort)) 
 
(we running sbs2008 standard virtual machine. around time started happening, had reinstall host os)


when try connect microsoft##ssee server, , error says:
a network related or instance-specific error occurred while establishing connection sql server. server not found or not accessible. verify instance name correct , sql server configured allow remote connections. (provider: sql network interface, error 26 - error locating server/instance specified) (microsoft sql server)


there no other events in logs excpet 1 below.

what root of problem , how can fix it?

from description, seems issue happen sbs server. here focus on windows serve question, sbs related-question, recommend initial new thread in corresponding community further support. community members , support professionals there more familiar sbs , can in more efficient way.
