Windows Server 2008 R2 dynamic assigned ports for currently logged in users

hi,

how can find out allocated dynamic ports user in windows server 2008? 
registry, can see dynamic port range application (1025~49151) , system dynamic port range 49152~65534.

however, looking dynamic port range users logged server.

please assist.

based on understanding, not set dynamic port users, port application-specific or process-specific software construct serving communications endpoint in computer's host operating system.
