Windows 2012 R2 Standard as Additional DC & Secondary DNS Server

hello,

our current dc windows 2008 enterprise r2 again our primary dns server.

need setup additional dc on windows 2012 r2 standard. our objectives are

1.the new server our additional domain controller (adc)

2. new server our 2ndary dns server.

need add few new virtual servers our domain dns pointing new adc & once task completed promote server primary domain controller , primary dns server.

means need transfer fsmo roles @ point.

appreciate if techies out there can me understand best way go this.

another worth mentioning cannot change zone type (primary, secondary, or stub) , method storing zone @ same time. must perform 2 operations separately.
