Replica Broker Role in Pending State

hi all

we have windows 2012 r2 failover cluster , hyper v replica broker role in pending state.

also couldnot migrate node. virtual machines of specific node halted.

below error reported

the cluster resource hosting subsystem (rhs) process terminated , restarted. typically associated cluster health detection , recovery of resource. refer system event log determine resource , resource dll causing issue.

please advice how recover , cause of this..

Disconnecting from a Windows Server 2012 R2 file sharing session on a Windows 7,8,10 machine

Event ID 64,77,1008 Certificates Events Windows Server 2008, 2008R2
