No Remote Desktop license server is available.

i have installed server 2012 in test environment , keep getting following message:

no remote desktop license server available.
remote desktop services stop working in 72 days if computer not contact @ least valid windows server 2008 licence server. on rd connection broker server, use server manager verity or configure licensing settings.

the server single tower , in workgroup, server has hyper-v installed , hosting 2 vms working okay.

you install remote desktop services. if don't install role. can access server rdp. don't install role access server. can enable rdp windows 2008 r2.
