Microsoft Office Word 2013 Won't Open

i trying open word document. starts opening comes error saying microsoft word has stopped working.

this behavior caused either 3rd-party add-ins/services or document corrupted. find out root cause, try following methods:

1. disable add-ins, try open document again. if behavior won't occur add-ins disabled, try enable add-ins 1 one find out 1 might cause problem.

2. check if following support article applies situation: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2813143

(which caused versions of third-party displaylink user mode driver (dlumd32.dll))

3. try repair documents problem.
