Stand Alone Local Security Policy editing problem
hello gents,
have problem. have stand alone w2k3 server need modify local security policys on, open editor , try remove account policys modify , allows me so. apply changes no errors.
when close out local security policy editor , open accounts had removed certian policies have been added in.
how edit policy without security groups getting added policy list?
server not connected domain there no superceeding group policy.
making changes administrator account.
when delete accounts users see if removed policy, removed, replaced s- , bunch of numbers follow.
or insight appriciated.

hi,
you can try remove below folder , re create policies , check if stays
%systemroot%\system32\grouppolicy\
if want reset security policy
