Showing two IP's in the network adapter of Windows 2012 DC

i have windows 2012 dc on lab , when check adapter settings showing this:

not sure first ip coming? dns server , other domain members can't able contact dns server. working fine before.

based on knowledge, ip conflict issue , windows assign apipa address instead.


therefore, please check if there machine uses ip address.

Disconnecting from a Windows Server 2012 R2 file sharing session on a Windows 7,8,10 machine
