My Mac is unable to connect through my Microsoft Remote Desktop to one of my office PCs...

i following message.  however, have left office pc on , changed preferences "never sleeping" , "allow remote connection".

"unable connect remote pc. please verify remote desktop enabled, remote pc turned on , available on network, , try again."

your subject line said connect *through* remote desktop office pc.  so, connected remote-desktop, , you're trying connect 1 *through* existing remote connection?  or trying initiate connection using microsoft remote desktop program on mac, without going through connection first?

if first thing, never work.  you cannot initiate remote connection through remote connection.  rdp won't "nest" that.

if it's 2nd thing, there dozen different possibilities.  maybe there's network-wide firewall that's preventing getting through specific pc.  maybe there's internet gateway that's not configured redirect 3389 port outside specific pc.  maybe pc has firewall that's turned on, , not allowing incoming connections port 3389 (the rdp port).  i talk person set office network , ask him/her if he/she can rdp set properly.

best of luck,
