DHCP Post-Install configuration error

hi,

getting error when running dhcp post-install wizard:

"failed open registry key on target computer set status of post configuration task. winrm client cannot process request. if authentication scheme different kerberos, or if client computer not joined domain, https transport must used or destination machine must added trustedhosts configuration setting. use winrm.cmd configure trustedhosts. note computers in trustedhosts list might not authenticated."

dhcp server working ok. machine standalone , not joined domain. 

advise?

if both servers standalone windows server 2012 host ,please first set same password administrator account on both hosts.

please enable firewall expectations (windows remote management ) on both servers , make sure has been enabled :

configure remote management in server manager
