delegation information zone: teqhou.local.
delegated domain name: _msdcs.teqhou.local.
warning: delegation of dns server pcserver.teqhou.local. broken on ip:192.168.103.100

ip:192.168.103.100 [broken delegation]
the listed ip correct dc ("pcserver")
if go dc , run dns manager, see:

hi,
>>warning: delegation of dns server pcserver.teqhou.local. broken on ip:192.168.103.100
according dcdiag report,it seems domain “pcserver.teqhou.local” not delegated.if want perform delegation,we suggest delete (form “local” ) first , after please recreating dns delegation pointing proper address of dns server contains subdomain .
create zone delegation
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc753500.aspx
if donot want perform delegation, just delete 'local'.then run dcdiag /test:dns again.
