2008 Terminal Server RemoteApp application popup is invisible


a customer has been reporting periodic hanging of our application running via remoteapp on terminal servers.  appears pop-up dialog boxes hidden , because users cannot dismiss dialog, application appears “hang”. 

we've tried recreate problem internally, cannot.

this customer refusing take "delivery" of our software until solve issue them.

also, according article, microsoft aware of issue, has beta hotfix, , working on release version?

  1. when hotfix available?
  2. what hotfix kb number, can contact microsoft if necessary?
  3. can beta copy of hotfix try in environment / customer's enviroment?
  4. has else solved issue through other means?

on july 1<sup>st</sup> making forum read only. after receiving lot of feedback community, decided forum duplication , therefore redundant of remote desktop services forum. so, until july 1<sup>st</sup>, start asking customers redirect questions remote desktop services forum. on june 11<sup>th</sup>, css engineers move new threads remote desktop services forum.
