Users still receiving UAC when trying to install printers

we trying set standard users laptops can install printers may not in list of windows 7 printers.  have set gp follows device setup classes when try install oce 1315 multifunction machine user, still uac prompt elevated privileges.  checked *.inf file , device setup class indicated in group policy.  ideas??

Disconnecting from a Windows Server 2012 R2 file sharing session on a Windows 7,8,10 machine
