Unable to applay windows update for .NET 4.0

after many tries i'm unable install 3 windows updates windows server 2008 r2 standard x64.

(restart didn't help)

kb2478663, kb2518870, 2487367

even try download exe's server here errors:

kb2478663 not apply, or blocked condition on computer.

kb2518870 not apply, or blocked condition on computer.

 

any suggestions appreciated.

you may perform following steps uninstall .net framework 4.0 , updates, , reinstall them microsoft download center (http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/default.aspx).

 

uninstall .net framework

1. please download tool following link:

http://windowsuu.com/tools/dotnetfx_cleanup_tool.zip

 

please note: third-party product discussed here manufactured company independent of microsoft. make no warranty, implied or otherwise, regarding product's performance or reliability.

 

2. please save zip file (dotnetfx_cleanup_tool.zip) above link local desktop , extract it.

3. right click cleanup_tool.exe , click "run administrator" run tool.

4. please follow instructions.

 

in "product cleanup:" box, please select ".net framework - versions".

 

5. click "cleanup now".

Disconnecting from a Windows Server 2012 R2 file sharing session on a Windows 7,8,10 machine

hi guys, i need event ids. event id 64 clear - expired certificate. problem computers have new certificate ca of them keep old one. can remove them certificate store on computers or should check before? event id 77 - 1 strange me. warning , in same time don't see suspicious: "windows default" policy module logged following warning: active directory connection <domain controller name> has been reestablished <domain controller name>. have 4 dcs. should check or ignore these messages. event id 1008 - "certificate services client: credential roaming not performed because number of tokens in local store has exceeded limit." - i've checked articles credential roaming i'm not sure should do. if give tips , answers, great. in advance. hi, event id 64 clear - expired certificate. problem computers have new certificate ca of them keep old one. can remove them certificate store on computers or should check before? i assume these
