i using vps account on window 2008 32 bit standard edition server. have been able print when using rdc of window vista or window 7 computers. however, unable print using rdc (version 6.0) window xp. suggested me in previous post of mine, titled "having problems printing using ts easy print", should install net.frame 3.5. have net.frame 3.0 installed.

in first place, have not been able install net.frame 3.5 requires window installer 4.5. when tried install installer, first update, , received message update not apply , shuts down.

my first question how can install net.frame 3.5.

while  roaming around c drive, clicked on control panel => program , features, see that  net.frame 3.5 sp1 in list. found there folder on c drive, c:\windows\microsoft net => framework => v3.5 => microsoft .net framework 3.5 sp1 => setpup.exe. so, clicked on , asks me whether want repair or install. selected repair , successful.

then, checked whether net.frame 3.5 in on server manager => feature list, net.frame 3.5 not there.

my second question happened net.frame 3.5.
