Randomly IP changes

we have location 1 , location 2 , 2 dhcp server configured have blocked port 67,68,60 , 69

location 1 have around 12 vlan created 

location 2 have 1 vlan

but location 1 randomly ip changes in 12 vlan

please suggest how resolve issue.

does location 1 use 1 dhcp server?

then dhcp clients in different vlan(subnet), need set dhcp relay agent relay dhcp packets. dhcp relay agent's configurations correct different vlans?

Disconnecting from a Windows Server 2012 R2 file sharing session on a Windows 7,8,10 machine

Event ID 64,77,1008 Certificates Events Windows Server 2008, 2008R2
