licenses 2003 2008

i have situation isn't unusal here goes. need correct license (s) running foxpro based program (not able run on 2008) on 2003 r2 64 bit terminal server. have never run terminal server. availablity of terminal server cals 2003 seem no longer available. can 2008 cals , request microsoft need 2003 licensing? wouldn't life find if didn't have these workarounds.

you can downgrade 2008 rds cals 2003 if need use 2003 ts licensing server.  possible have 2008 rds/ts licensing server issue cals 2003 terminal servers.  if need downgrade (if plan install ts licensing under 2003) contact clearinghouse , assist you:
