Hyper-v Dynamic Memory and virtual NUMA error message

i'm getting error message when try change settings on vms.

vm failed modify settings.
danymic memory , virtual numa cannot enable on same virtual machine.
vm failed modify settings. (virtual machine id xxx)
dynamic memory , virtual numa cannot enabled on virtual machine vm because features mutually exclusive. (virtual machine id xxx)

error appears if dynamic memory enable. happens on different settings. right i'm trying setup following setting:

automatic start action
startup delay xx seconds.

when change seconds , hit ok or apply error message above.

same thing happened yesterday when intended delete nic 1 machine.
work around deactivate dynamic memory, change settings wanted, , reactivate dynamic memory after changes applied.

have no idea numa is. starting read up.
system hardware: 2x intel xeon e5620 @2.4 ghz
96 gb ram


this known issue.  in vm settings go processor --> numa , click on "use hardware topology".  should fix things up.

Disconnecting from a Windows Server 2012 R2 file sharing session on a Windows 7,8,10 machine
