how to configure ADC & after change setup how to promote adc to dc

i have server 2003 dc ,but have purchase new server & install windows server 2012 ,how promote old server adc & new server dc 

please explain step step

 first check article migrate dc server 2003 server 2012;

when migration done , transfered fsmo roles new 2012 dc,old server 2003 become adc,and point should not raise functional level 2008&2012 ,it should kept server 2003.then can use 2003 , 2012 dc in domain.

Disconnecting from a Windows Server 2012 R2 file sharing session on a Windows 7,8,10 machine
