Fatal Communication WAS EVENT ID 5011 IIS 8.5. PLEASE HELP!!!!

i have error:

a process serving application pool 'defaultapppool' suffered fatal communication error windows process activation service. process id '12220'. data field contains error number.

please me.

the application pool started.

the memory server ok enough

Disconnecting from a Windows Server 2012 R2 file sharing session on a Windows 7,8,10 machine
