Unexpected install of KB2821895 via Windows Update leads to unexpected reboot

hi all

windows update set via group policy schedule and install updates on sun @ 7 on virtualization hosts (gpresult /h shows setting set correctly).

suddently today virtualization hosts rebooted unexpectedly. looking @ event log shows following reason:

log name:      system
source:        microsoft-windows-windowsupdateclient
date:          14.06.2013 09:57:51
event id:      22
task category: automatic updates
level:         information
keywords:      reboot
user:          system
computer:      virtualsrv.domain.com
description:
restart required: complete installation of following updates, computer restarted within 15 minutes:
- update windows server 2012 (kb2821895)

i checked if update (kb2821895) has deadline on windows update server, there no deadline set.

i therefore wonder why server initiated install @ 09:57 today instead of waiting until sunday 7am?

thanks reading

ps: looks reason described in kb2835627 (which myself have commented here) - since admin logged in, 15 minute restart countdown starting running.

in short - wsus w/o additional software broken in windows server 2012. pointed out in post, update system broken "because in gpo automatic maintenance activation boundary group policy have option define time , not install day. additionally if choose automatic updates in control panel select configuration option can choose time not day result updates installed daily."
