Why does a netwrok Adapter profile change & how to stop it
physical host - server 2012r2 datacenter
hyper-v
vm system -server 2102r2 standard
ipv4 & ipv6 protocols
i trying complete installation of direct access server(da). elements of configuration set. da requires internal nic & public(external) nic. prior start of da configuration, profiles this:
during da configuration, confirms has both external nic (dmz) , internal nic (longsoho). da requires dmz have ipv6 address. "checked off" upon completion of da configuration, dmz nic profile flips domain , throws error in da rendering un-operable:
the properties on dmz adapter follows:
the 2 address set in router dmz address. domain address 192.168.16.x
i played these adapter configurations keep dmz going domain. when built vm server , prior joining domain, 2 adapters had link level , v6 configured on both. when joined domain, dmz went domain. why longsoho ipv4 , dmz has noting ipv4 & ipv6 set. keeps profiles first image. when complete configuration flips both on domain.
how keep profiles intact? did configure wrongly?
this ipconfig before start install (first image)
