set timeout for hung shared folder sessions in computer management?

we have 2 servers set rds servers users log into.  they doing via ericom software.

both ericom software , rds session host properties set such after idle time, user’s session ended (not disconnected).

there no issues hung sessions on rds servers, when user logs rds server, home folder (which resides on different computer), mapped via profile tab in aduc.

the problem sessions rds server server home folder resides never disconnected.  the end result after period of time user has 20 ‘active’ connections home folder , when try log in 1 more time, home folder server thinks @ limit , home folder not map.

i have manually ‘disconnect’ rogue sessions on home folder server.

how can automatically disconnect sessions have been idle past number of days?

thanks!

hi,

though mentioned "no issue hung sessions on rds server", please make sure if rds connections disconnected.

refer article allow single session:

restrict users single session
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc754762.aspx

, possible workaround setup logoff script run "net use x: /delete" command disconnect mapped drive when user logged off.
