Hyper-V 3 Node Cluster unable to start virtual machines.

hi guys

i need clarity on following issue have experienced 3 node hyper-v cluster.

some info before jump issue.

3 hp proliant dl380 gen 8 hosts running server 2012 r2 latest firmware patches , updates.

1 dell md 3200i san 3 luns shared cluster shared volume each host respectively.

the following happened:

2 of hosts placed maintenance mode , vm's gracefully shutdown maintenance.

1 host remained active few critical vm's running in production.

after 1 remaining host went down due ups failing started 2 mins later.

none of virtual machines able start stating the configuration file missing not edit vm's.

after testing migrations, san connectivity, cluster connectivity , csv access seemed 100%.

the cluster nodes visible , vm's showing on failover cluster manager not on local hyper-v manager.

i proceeded technet had article regarding .xml files being corrupt , in string has changed.

i restored .xml files 2 week no joy in starting vm on environment not machines have been gracefully shutdown. vm's in cluster regardless of server resided on not start. yet migrations worked csv accessed , vhdx files visible , in tact.

the vhdx's mounted new virtual machines , ran perfectly.

the way able bring environment delete each individual vm failover cluster manager , re import them locally hyper-v manager re add them failover cluster manager.

surely doing cannot solution taking ha local re adding cannot answer.

is there reason or explanation why vm's ones gracefully shutdown not start if 1 host fails in cluster.

we have run full drop test turning off , starting again , successful.

please feel free comment if there additional information required grant explanation strange occurrence.

hi,

do have dynamic quorum enabled, have witness server assigned. run fcm cmdlets find status.

when down 1 server how quorum maintained.

Disconnecting from a Windows Server 2012 R2 file sharing session on a Windows 7,8,10 machine

Windows 2016 RDS event 1306 Connection Broker Client failed to redirect the user... Error: NULL

i'm attempting setup windows 2016 rds standard deployment session hosting.  layout follows: rds01 - rds connection broker , web access ts02 - rds session host ts03 - rds session host domain these servers part of has (1) windows 2008 server , (2) windows 2016 servers acting dcs.  domain running @ windows 2003 functional level. servers on single routed network no firewall between them.  dns , ptr records servers exist , resolve on hosts.  servers can pinged each other. in other words, there no network connectivity issues. i've setup rds deployment several times w/ same results. the issue can login via rdweb interface on rds01 win10 desktop , connect published rdp desktop without issue (i.e. no error messages user) , no errors in logs.  when try directly rdp rds01, authenticate user (per event log) error stating user doesn't have access system.  in event log event id 1306 message of "remote desktop connection broker client failed redirect user &
