Windows 2008 R2 Default User Profile

this resource default user profile http://support.microsoft.com/kb/973289/en-us?wa=wsignin1.0 but have questions.

i've followed these procedures on many new installations , work great.  i'm not type moan , complain copy to... button doesn't work, understand why procedure exists , why no other supported.

as said i've used it, setting default user profile on stand alone workgroup server prior putting production.

i have need update default user profile on 3 domain servers in production , running remote desktop services in server farm.  ultimately i'm going use copy to... , copy network @ \netlogon\default user.v2 need 1 machine on server farm.

but believe need sysprep live domain machine?

well, issue installation of office didn't take place until these servers , running.  i had issue couple of existing roaming profiles there when installed office.  i ended user buffalo1 having default save locations of c:\users\template (which local account used template).

however luck have it, deleted hte profiles, roaming , local copy, , deleted redirected folders test accounts starting fresh.  once activated office on 3 rdsh servers , logged in first time these accounts, network default user profile , roaming profiles , redirected folders worked should , ended default save locations buffalo1 account @ \\clusterfs\buffalo1\my documents.... appears turned out false alarm.  i didn't need default profile office installation, had remove existing profiles , recreate them.  this time anyway lol.

difference between wuauclt1.exe and wuauclt.exe

what difference between wuauclt1.exe , wuauclt.exe files ( under system32 folder ) ? in of cases, windows update service is not working client machines having these 2 files. even tried delete wuauclt1.exe, created automatically. what difference between wuauclt1.exe , wuauclt.exe files ( under system32 folder ) ? the wuauclt1.exe (and sister file wuaueng1.dll) components of legacy au agent shipped operating systems released prior 2005. Windows 2016 RDS event 1306 Connection Broker Client failed to redirect the user... Error: NULL

i'm attempting setup windows 2016 rds standard deployment session hosting.  layout follows: rds01 - rds connection broker , web access ts02 - rds session host ts03 - rds session host domain these servers part of has (1) windows 2008 server , (2) windows 2016 servers acting dcs.  domain running @ windows 2003 functional level. servers on single routed network no firewall between them.  dns , ptr records servers exist , resolve on hosts.  servers can pinged each other. in other words, there no network connectivity issues. i've setup rds deployment several times w/ same results. the issue can login via rdweb interface on rds01 win10 desktop , connect published rdp desktop without issue (i.e. no error messages user) , no errors in logs.  when try directly rdp rds01, authenticate user (per event log) error stating user doesn't have access system.  in event log event id 1306 message of "remote desktop connection broker client faile...
