SMB Connect session takes to long

i got single machine on experience issues when try access file share. outbound smb connections affected. building initial connection fileshare takes long time (often more 5 minutes). once connected, there no issue. issue not exists.

i've found out causing behavior. there third party tool running network discoveries. once stop network discovery tool smb sessions act normal. i'm not sure why occurring. i'm investigating why tool blocking outbound smb traffic.

Disconnecting from a Windows Server 2012 R2 file sharing session on a Windows 7,8,10 machine

Event ID 64,77,1008 Certificates Events Windows Server 2008, 2008R2
