hi brian,

whenever non admin user tries change password (not expired) on rds server error: unable update password.

does issue happen users or 1 specific user?

is user changing password within internal or external network?

if it’s internal network, suggest ask user change password on workstation locally see whether works.

if it’s external network rd web access deployed, may ask user change password via rd web access webpage.

if issue persists, suggest reset password domain admin.

best regards,
