Installing Microsoft Studio webcam software

does know whether if possible install truecolor part of ms webcam studio software only?

i'm developing application using ms studio webcam , don't want install entire software package. want webcam , functionality of truecolor software/technology can adjust shutter automatically camera works better in dimmed lights.

the reason why don't want install entire package:

1) requires internet connection (not customers have , camera not going used communicating through internet)

2) software can't installed in silence or haven't @ least figures out how

3) disk space issue , installation time of webcam software
