WSUS does not seem to be working

hello,
 
installed new wsus server in our environment , although settings seem working, others not , test clients not getting or pulling updates. have no idea is. followed best practices step-by-step , nothing. still test clients have exact same info of 0% installed/not applicable 1 , status of not yet reported , other machine has 99% installed/not applicable , 7/26/12 2:06 pm last status report date.
 
weird thing new wsus server , targetgroup names appear in client computer's registry under hklm\software\policies\microsoft\windows\windowsupdate , in au subkey inside windowsupdate key, see settings applied on gpo.

i noticed there fatal error 0x800b0001. mean , how fix it?

you need update wsus server kb2720211 released in june.

this update discussed in every 10th post in forum. searching on 'kb2720211' should find week's worth of reading on topic. ;-)
