WDS: Unable to import a Windows 10 v1607 WIM Image

we're running wds v6.3.9600.16384 , have imported windows 10 install images previously.

today, we've prepared several images using new 1607 build windows 10 enterprise (cbb). each time attempt import resulting images, following error.  there in new anniversary build windows 10 makes them incompatible current version of wds?  advice!

more information:

might possible current versions of imagex cannot correctly write-out xml data when processes image built upon v1607?

i've created these images both of adk versions (1511 , 1607).  here's version information of imagex.exe used (from adk 1607):

i able images imported wds using tool named "wimlib" (https://wimlib.net) allows manually add/edit entries in wim file's xml description.  after manually editing xml tool, v1607 image import , deploy fine.  what's leading me believe there v1607 imagex doesn't process correctly.

here commands used update/edit wim's xml data:

wimlib-imagex.exe info "e:\uploadedimages\w10x64v1607.wim" --image-property "windows/editionid"="enterprise"
wimlib-imagex.exe info "e:\uploadedimages\w10x64v1607.wim" --image-property "windows/installationtype"="client"
wimlib-imagex.exe info "e:\uploadedimages\w10x64v1607.wim" --image-property "windows/servicingdata/gdrdurevision"=0
wimlib-imagex.exe info "e:\uploadedimages\w10x64v1607.wim" --image-property "windows/servicingdata/pkeyconfigversion"="10.0.14393.0;2016-08-03t14:20:21z"
wimlib-imagex.exe info "e:\uploadedimages\w10x64v1607.wim" --image-property "windows/hal"="acpiapic"
wimlib-imagex.exe info "e:\uploadedimages\w10x64v1607.wim" --image-property "windows/producttype"="winnt"

wimlib-imagex.exe info "e:\uploadedimages\w10x64v1607.wim" --image-property "windows/languages/language"="en-us"
