Server 2003 to Server 2008


i have pdc using server 2003. i'm upgrading new hardware , server 2008. read article sander blogged , appears not hard. has , od have advice offer?

fyi..there no pdc, bdc concept in active directory.  that in windows nt. 

upgrade process not hard.  just follow instructions.

1.      install new windows 2008 machine, join existing domain

2.      prepare active directory schema

3.      perform dcpromo on new server , select additional dc existing domain

4.      transfer fsmo roles new server.
