Enabel Remote Desktop Connection using GPO (Windows 2008 Active Directory)

we have implementating active direcotry using winwos 2008. have 70 branches in different location. have give support remote users in different branches. can enable remote desktop using gpo in of
xp-sp2/vista desktop. alternatively can remotely deploy vnc using gpo ?

check out following gpo setting:
computer configuration, administrative templateswindows components, terminal services/ in left pane "allow users connect remotely using terminal services"

for vnc, if have .msi can use computer configuration,software settings, software installation deploy it. if .exe have check if can installed scripting solution.
