Run policy again computer but not when a certain user logins in

we have custom group policy install on our 2008 server. policy written affect computer side , not users. need policy not run if 1 of admins has logged in.

can changing security filtering authenticated users group users have created instead or there way can this

before going further, please let me know how did configure policy , did apply policy to? , please provide information of ad infrastructure? if configured policy setting computer configuration , linked domain wide, computers in domain affected, regardless of logs on computers admins. if want limit scope of gpo applying, try use security filtering. please understand since members of admin groups have full control in domain, can modify settings have been affected policy. details security filtering, please refer following article.
