Windows CE Network lock out

hello all

we running windows ce 6.0 on out thin clients , have found problem after on location has moved building.

we have users getting locked out of network , have reboot able connect again.

this occurs when user away machine length of time.

this means user forced reboot everytime go out of offices.

this started after moved 1 building another.

we thought switch changed , still problem persists.

if has helpful tips on problem grateful.

Disconnecting from a Windows Server 2012 R2 file sharing session on a Windows 7,8,10 machine
