Looking for File Server Centralized Management Application

as per scenario, having 10-12 file servers, every file servers in domain.

in each file server there several shared folders. have created groups "user , groups" , provide access domain users.

each file server has 100+ groups. 

also groups created keeping security ascept upto level 3 access.. giving rights have give access level 2 groups also.

now, issues when want give access have access each , every file server , review group assigned particular shared folder , open group , add user it.. time consuming activity.

may know if there centralized management of file servers or such application can save time , give access in short time.

think there no such application achieve this. use icacls commands grant , modify discretionary access control lists (dacls) on specified files, , applies stored dacls files in specified directories.  

the icacls commands can used on specific server give access shared folders stored on other file servers. use unc path in icacls commands give access remote server.
