I am trying to connect a Windows Professional 7 computer to a Small Business Server 2003 domain

i connecting windows professional 2007 computer small business server 2003 domain.  when try use connect computer error message 403.6  forbidden ip address of client has been rejected.  laptop replacing laptap running windows xp professional , copied ip addresses laptop new 1 , still getting error.  thought deleting computer domain see if might causing conflict need connection until new 1 , running.  assistance can offer appreciated.
