How to remove an ISO copied to a CSV?

we using vmm 2008 r2 setup new virtual machines stored on clustered shared volume.  when select option use existing image file, image file gets copied across csv.  if setup vm , select same file, gets copied across csv again (all different path).

i'm aware can't go c:\clusterstorage\volume1\machinename\ , delete image files, correct way remove these files without damaging csv?
