DNS entries hiding

i built 2 servers orginally had dhcp ips , have new different static ips.  whatever reason every time nslookup on old dhcp ips servers continue showup.  if do nbtstat -a those servers not show up.  both of dns servers not show these address in use servers.  happens on multiple pcs not mine.  did far...
ipconfig /flushdns on pc, dns servers, , servers themselves
cleared cache on dns servers
ipconfig /registerdns on servers

does know these entries hiding?

so need enable the  ageing , savaging zones avoid reolving fake or old records
