AD Partitions

is advisable place sysvol, ad database & ad logs on different logical partitions

eg:

d:\ ad database; e:\ sysvol; f:\ ad logs

in cases default fine. can keep ntds , sysvol on 1 partition , logs on other do.

question

is there reason separate ad logs, db , sysvol onto separate drives? performance maybe?
