Powershell cmdlet for WSUS

does know of powershell cmdlet can run againsn't remote machine has downloaded windows updates , waiting on manual intervention install them?. know can set in group policy auto install, in case want them downloaded , choose install them , rather goto each server manually hit install button, know if powershell cmdlet can or not
