MSAccess.exe Process still runs after Scheduled Task is done

we have several scheduled tasks run msaccess macros. after upgrading access 2007, msaccess.exe process not end though last step in macro runcode sends docmd.quit. have tried using application.quit , docmd.closedatabase.

when run same command batch file, macro runs , msaccess.exe process ends.

then created scheduled task run batch file and  have same result msaccess.exe not end.

the result same on both server 2008 r2 , server 2003. ms access version 2007.

has been able solve this? please if can.
