performance counters not working

hi,

trying add perf mon counters microsoft dynamics ax object server.  when select them , add them nothing shows in perf mon.

have check registry path , done following:

edit reg key called "library" , replace following path

"c:\program files\microsoft dynamics ax\60\server\common\axperf.dll"

5. load counter registration information ax 2012 bin folder of ax

instance, e.g below use file instance called

microsoftdynamicsax

lodctr "c:\program files\microsoft dynamics

ax\60\server\microsoftdynamicsax\bin\ax32serv.ini"

still perf counters fail load.

can please help?

turns out dynamics service needs started.  never though that!
