Exchange server mailboxes not updating Outlook 2010 and exchange 2003

we have sbs 2003 server , windows 7 workstaions outlook 2010 , everytime add items calendars not update should can see unless restart computers.  can change make update without restarting?

the appropriate forum query small business server(sbs) forum, posting there post response.
