Windows Update Error 80070057

i have been unable fix error, have tried dism, couple tweak softwares designed fix corrupt registry files. have been trying install kb3036140 update released yesterday, have been unable so.

if else fails, 2 suggestions :

1. reinstall 9926 , don't registry editing hacks.

2. gabriel aul, head of insider program other company titles, "confirms" ( confident ) that there new build released month.
