How to use my win7 corporate account on win10 pro upgraded machine?

hello.

i using win7 corporate updated win 8.1 pro new licence. upgraded win 10 , have 10130 build @ moment.

after upgrade logged in win10 old ms account i've used in xbox360 , win8 on other work computer.

the problem i'm unable old data (like steam game's saves, numerous program settings etc.)  windows.old directory (and couple of others directorys). keeps saying "access denied" , when try change permissions "failed enumerate objects in container. access denied".

i not able log win10 old local account. cannot see option change account on login screen. can see account under pc -> properties -> advanced system settings -> user profiles

i can see 2 profiles there

"default profile" i'm using, and

"<computername>\<username>" -type local account 1 used win7.

i not able change account or edit in way.  i tried create account same username used in win7, lacks <computername>-part it's not same old one...

please, there way merge 2 accounts or somehow unlock directorys?

any appreciated!

"if reinstall, reset, or refresh windows, previous windows.old folder replaced new windows.old folder."

ok. , since upgraded 7 8.1 , right away 10, stuff 7 vanished.

but don't think user profile can lost after upgrading windows 8.1 windows 10.

please try restore corrupted user profile referring these steps windows 8.1 (this may helpful)

since cannot repro issue, there no enough proofs give solid solution, let's try find clues.
