RDP disconnecting when connecting to TS on Win Server 2012

when connecting our 2012 win server via rdp keeps disconnecting, via local lan or vpn?

you might need enable keep alive settings.

Disconnecting from a Windows Server 2012 R2 file sharing session on a Windows 7,8,10 machine
