File Server CPU at 100% MSMPEngine, Trusted Installer, mscorsvw.exe, System Idle


environment:
windows 2008r2 sp1 file server
xeon e5630 @ 2.53ghz cpu
4gb ram
fileserver hyper-v vm. host machine's cpu runs @ constant 0-4%. other vms running fine. 
school district out summer break. there 10 users on our network currently. 

the following process taking turns running between 80% , 94% - trusted installer, mscorsvw.exe, system idle. when process not 1 running @ 80+% it's running @ 6% 20% taking rest of cpu causing cpu run @ constant 100%. 

i keep windows updates current. i'm running full scan system center 2012 endpoint protection , windows malicious software removal tool. both updated today. 

i added core vm. peaking @ 85%.

generally, if trusted installer use high cpu usage, should caused service. recommend focus on mscorsvw.exe first.

you test command "ngen.exe executequeueditems" see if issue still exists.

in addition, system idle not issue. indicated how free system resource have.
