Connection Error in "Remote Resources"

in "remote resources", following error occurred.

"failed load remote resource @ https://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/rdweb/ts/en-us/default.aspx, error: connection refused(1)"

remote desktop clients supports "en-us" environments??

i use version 8.0.33 (build 27512), microsoft remote desktop mac os x.
